Eligibility Requirements
To enroll in this course, applicants must meet the following requirements.

Minimum Age
Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

Clinical Experience
Have a minimum of 2,000+ hours of clinical experience.

BLS Certification
Applicants must have a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
04
Required Certifications
Must have Coronal Polishing and Pit and Fissure Sealants certifications.
